1. Definitions

3. Delivery

4. Cancellation of the order
a) The buyer has the right to cancel the order without providing a reason via e-mail to info@paperstraws.bio as long as the ordered goods have not already been shipped. The shipment notification of the goods will be sent to the customer via e-mail / telephone. The buyer is required to provide for the cancellation of the order: the order number, name and surname, e-mail address and a description of the goods ordered. In the event of cancellation of the orders referred to in point a) of this document, the seller does not charge the customer for any costs associated with the cancellation of the order. In the event of prepayment, the seller will refund the purchase price paid or part of it, if the goods have already been shipped, within 3 working days of the cancellation of the order, to the buyer’s bank account.

5. Cancellation of the contract

b) In the event that the buyer cancels the contract and returns the unused goods to the seller, the seller will refund the sale price within 14 business days to the customer’s bank account from the day he was notified of the cancellation of the contract. In the event of valid cancellation of the contract, the seller is obliged to reimburse the customer the purchase price paid, including shipping costs, if the material does not meet the quality requirements described for the product. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer only when, however, the goods fully meet the quality requirements specified in the offer of the product itself on the supplier’s website.

c) If the customer withdraws from the contract pursuant to point 4 bis) of these general conditions by returning a used, damaged or incomplete product, the seller has the right to claim compensation for the price of the good in its original state.

d) In the event that the buyer does not fulfill the obligations referred to in paragraph 4 bis) of these general terms and conditions, the cancellation of the sales contract is neither valid nor applicable, the seller is therefore not obliged to refund the customer the price. of purchase and at the same time has the right to request compensation for costs associated with the return of the goods.

e) The buyer acknowledges that when a gift is associated with the goods, he is obliged to return both the goods and the gift itself. In the event that the buyer keeps the gift, he will be charged the cost of the gift itself.


6. Delivery time
a) the delivery of the ordered goods will be carried out as soon as possible based on the availability of the goods in stock and the operational capabilities of the seller. In the event of a longer delivery period, the seller will be obliged to promptly inform the buyer.

b) The type of delivery (collection on site / shipment) will be determined at the time of ordering the goods. Shipping is always subject to a cost.

c) The seller is obliged to inform the customer about shipping times by e-mail or by telephone.

d) In general, the shipment of the goods takes place within 5 business days from the date of the order verification. In exceptional cases, when the product is not in stock, delivery may take longer.


7. Delivery costs
a) The delivery method will be chosen by the customer at the time of the order.

b) The cost of delivery of the goods (EU / non-EU countries) will vary depending on the weight of the goods and depending on the address and / or country of delivery.


8. Complaints
a) The claim is only possible if the product was purchased and paid to the seller. It is therefore necessary for the consumer to provide useful data in order to demonstrate that the purchase actually took place.

b) The warranty disappears in the event that the product presents defects that subsequently appear due to incorrect use of the product by the consumer or whoever is acting for it.

c) In the event of a complaint, the consumer is required to inform the seller by email or by telephone. On the basis of the information that he will provide to the seller, the latter will agree with the consumer on the complaint procedure.

9. Final provisions
For all that is not explicitly mentioned in this document of terms and conditions, the legal provisions in force of the civil code, the law on electronic commerce, the law on State control of the internal market in the field of consumer protection, the consumer protection law in the text of subsequent regulations.
The buyer declares that before executing the order he accepts the conditions set out up to now and is fully in agreement with them.
